Pay My Bill

Desert Water Agency offers many ways for customers to pay their bills.

 

myDWA Customer Portal

Desert Water Agency's online customer portal allows you to track, manage and pay your bills and see your water use history. You can also sign up for AutoPay and e-billing using myDWA. To register for an account, go to www.mydwa.org.

Bill Payment Options

AutoPay

Customers can pay their DWA bills using automatic payment (AutoPay). Automatic payment deducts your monthly payment from your checking account or credit card.

If you would like to take advantage of AutoPay service, please click here. You will be redirected to www.mydwa.org. This is Desert Water Agency's web billing portal. Customers can discontinue AutoPay service at any time by visiting the customer portal at www.mydwa.org and updating their preferences.

Telephone Payments

To pay your bill via phone, please call 833-742-4416.

Customers may pay via checking account or credit card, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card.

Credit card payments can be accepted online, by phone or in-person at DWA's office, located at 1200 S. Gene Autry Trail in Palm Springs.

One-Time & Online Payments

Customers can pay their DWA bills online using a checking account or credit card, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card. To pay using One-time Pay, click here. To set up a myDWA customer portal to track, manage and pay your bills, go to www.mydwa.org.

Bank Bill Pay

Check with your bank about online bill payment options. Many banks provide free bill pay options. You will need your DWA account number and customer number, which can be found on your billing statement. Please enter the eight-digit account number and six-digit customer number separated by a dash. Example: 12345678-789101

In-Person Payments

Office: Cash, check or credit card payments can be made during office hours in DWA's main lobby, located at 1200 S. Gene Autry Trail in Palm Springs. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Drop-off: After hours, payments can be placed in the “Water Tower” payment drop box in our visitor parking lot. Payments made at the drop box are collected at 8 a.m. Monday through Friday. Only check payments are accepted via the drop box; please do not make cash payments. Please remember to include the payment slip from your billing statement.

Desert Water Agency gladly accepts payments by mail. Please send a check and your payment slip to:
