Self Certification Form
To begin the non-functional turf self-certification form for your property please use the link below:
Self-certification forms are due by:
- June 30, 2026 for governmental customers
- June 30, 2027 for commercial and business customers
- June 30, 2028 for common areas of HOAs, mobile home parks, apartments, and other common-interest developments
Once you've submitted your self-certification forms, Conservation staff will approve, deny, or ask for more information about the request. Approved self-certification forms will serve as the basis for enforcement of the ban on using potable water to water non-functional turf.
