ZIP Code Validation for Credit Card Payments Starts June 15 

Beginning June 15, ZIP code validation will be required for all credit card and debit transactions made through DWA’s payment system. Auto-pay payments made with stored card numbers are also affected.

If an incorrect ZIP code is used, payers will see an error message and the transaction will be declined. When a card payment is submitted for processing - either one-time or for a scheduled autopay - the ZIP code that is entered via Tyler Payments must match the billing ZIP code on file with your bank.

To help avoid payment delays or declined transactions, we encourage all customers and payers to review any saved or stored payment methods and confirm that the billing ZIP code entered matches the ZIP code associated with the card on file with your financial institution.  

If your billing address or ZIP code has recently changed, please update your saved payment information as soon as possible.
