Please fill out this form so that we can verify that you’re ready to schedule your post-conversion inspection. You may want to have your landscaper look this over before submitting. You should also check for yourself.
PLEASE LOOK THROUGH THE QUESTIONS CAREFULLY AND ENSURE YOU'VE COMPLETED YOUR PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR STANDARDS.
IF YOU FAIL YOUR POST-CONVERSION INSPECTION, YOU MUST PAY A $70/HR CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL INSPECTION TIME NEEDED BEFORE YOUR REBATE IS ISSUED. Failed post-conversion inspections risk your rebate funds!
