Desert Water works hard to ensure the purity of this water by carefully monitoring and controlling the quality of water that feeds into, and is drawn from, these precious wells.

Courteous, well-trained employees provide information, service hook ups, and emergency assistance in the case of accidents or other problems affecting service.

Any leaks located before or at the water meter should be reported to the Agency for repair. Leaks located between the meter and the building, or in the building, are the responsibility of the customer. Any other leaks should be immediately reported to the Agency.
