When time comes to start construction of a new project, whether it’s a single family home or a large development project, you will need to contact a Desert Water Agency service planner to apply for water service to your property. By now you’ve probably established a working relationship with one of our service planners during the initial planning stage of your project, when specific needs and requirements associated with construction were discussed. Applications for service are available at our office, where a planner will be happy to assist you in completing the application form.

During the construction process, you may also apply for temporary water service which will be provided via a construction meter and backflow device attached to a fire hydrant located in the area of development.
