Pay Online

Desert Water Agency offers a process for online payment through a bill pay service. Customers may pay via Mastercard, Visa or Discover Card.

 

Credit card payments are only acceptable online or via telephone and will not be accepted at the Agency's office.

 

The payment method is available for all DWA customers. Please have account number, balance and credit card ready.

 

There is a $3.50 processing fee for every increment of $200 paid per transaction.

Auto Pay

Automatic Payment is available for DWA accounts. Automatic Payment deducts your monthly payment from your checking account.

 

If you would like to take advantage of Auto-Pay service, please complete this FORM and return it to DWA with an original voided check.

 

To discontinue this service at any time notify DWA in writing.

 

 

Telephone payments

To pay your bill via telephone, please call (866) 665-9550.

 

Customers may pay via Mastercard, Visa or Discover Card.

Drop off Locations

Payments can be made during working hours in our main lobby, 1200 Gene Autry Trail South in Palm Springs. Working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

After hours, payments can be placed in the Water Tower payment drop box in our parking lot. All payments made at the drop box are collected at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Please do not make cash payments using the drop box.
