Waste Water

Desert Water Agency provides sewer service to parts of Cathedral City. DWA collects the wastewater and forwards it to Coachella Valley Water District or the City of Palm Springs for treatment.

Sewer Connection Inspection

For inspection, contact DWA's Engineering Department, (760) 323-4971. 24 hour notice is required. Call by 4:30 p.m. to request a next-day in-person inspection. Inspections are conducted between 7 and 10 a.m. Pink inspection card must be easily accessible and visible. Connection to clay pipe at property line must be visible.
