As a means of conserving water, Desert Water Agency, in conjunction with the Coachella Valley Resource Conservation District, offers large water users comprehensive irrigation system water audits at no charge to its customers. These audits are made available to large water users such as condominium projects, public parks and businesses.

Following a complete site evaluation, a report is issued showing an optimum irrigation schedule, system deficiencies and suggestions to improve efficiency of the system. Representatives also work with customers in implementing the suggestions.
